Your Profile
Background
A strong demonstrated interest in applied research.
Local experience and strong regional/in-country networks preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a research role or a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field with excellent academic record and applied research work.
Core Competencies
Strong analytical abilities (both quantitative and qualitative).
Ability to frame and present information in an insightful and structured manner, both in writing and verbally.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and perform well in a start-up atmosphere.
Ability to lead a team of one or more Jr. Researchers.
Other
Strong analytical abilities (both quantitative and qualitative).
Multi-lingual capabilities strongly preferred.
A passion for international development, typically evidenced by a strong interest and prior exposure to global issues such as economic development, global health, education or the environment.

If there are multiple locations recruiting for the same position, you will have the opportunity to rank your next 2 location preferences within your application.
Candidates selected for interviews will be invited for a number of interviews to test their research capacity through case questions, and to discuss their interests and experience. As the interviews progress to the second and final rounds, candidates may be asked to interview in-person at a Dalberg office.
